I love these journals. They are well-made. The binding is good, the cover strong with an artistic flair. There is a handy pocket on the back cover for notes & memorabilia. The journals can be used to learn languages (Paris cover for learning French, for example) or detailing your trip somewhere (Copenhagen, for example, for a Scandinavian trip.) I own a number of these for those two reasons. I highly recommend. The spiral ones have no perforated pages; the hardbound ones do.
