We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Max & Oscar LLC (maxandoscar.com) cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has been processed. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. We offer Free Shipping for Prints and Postcards. Shipping Rates for other categories are based on shipper and method chosen, as well as weight and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

DELIVERY POLICY

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, as well as many International destinations.
The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected. However, in most circumstances we ship via USPS or UPS Ground services in the USA. International Shipping Rates are based on the most expeditious and cost-effective option, and may vary by location. We offer Expedited Shipping by request only.

Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.

Domestic Orders may be delivered by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). An order may be shipped with a higher service tier to meet the original delivery expectations at no additional charge.

Shipping and Handling charges are per shipping address. 

Our Flat-Rate Shipping and Handling fees apply regardless of order size or weight. In some cases, the Flat-Rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs.

As we work with various print and merchandise providers your order may be sent in multiple shipments. The Shipping Charges remain the same as originally invoiced.
